His name is Samuel L. Catson.
He is around 2 years old, and used to be a wild cat. He was skin and bones when we got him. He is well fed, fixed and vaccinated. He never goes to the bathroom in the house except for the litter box. He is totally house broken.
There is a small amount of his left ear that is clipped, as vets do that to indicate he was wild.
He is an outdoor cat mostly, but he loves to hang out inside, too.
He's friendly and likes attention, but also pretty independent.
He's not really into cat toys, and goes nuts over cat nip. Literally, we do not give it to him, it's like he's having a really bad acid flashback or something.
He hates vacuum cleaners and water.
My wife and I are trying to conceive a child in the next month, and it's generally not a good idea to have a cat around the house.
He is free to a good home. We have a scratching post, litter box and scoop, litter, dry food and canned food.
If no one one here wants him, I'm going to post an ad on Craigslist. If that doesn't work, I'll have no choice but to give him to a shelter.
We love animals, but my wife and I are trying to start a family and cats can sometimes carry a parasite that can be deadly to a pregnant woman and the fetus.
Here's a link to describe what I mean:
