On Saturday September 19th at NOON there will be a massive session in memory of James Short.
We are trying to get the skatepark named after him and the town has asked his parents to have as many people as possible to sign a petition. We want to TRIPLE the number of signatures they want, and we're hoping this session will do that.

I will be posting more specific directions and information later, I just want to get the date out to everyone so they can take the day off.

We will be having music, food, chai (hopefully), and all kinds of other stuff into the night. The lights are on until about 11/12 at night so plan on sticking around!

If anyone wants me to post more specific information in the meantime please ask. I will be updating this as much as possible.

I will be going to this, and will be driving. My wife will probably be coming, too. If anyone else wants to go, you will need money for gas and your own food. Leaving early in the morning, it's about 5 hours away, and we'll be getting home around midnight.

here is going to be several hundred people there, by the looks of the responses. People are flying in from out of state to remember James.

Is that park going to be big enough to hold that many rollers??
