I got another cool idea too, if possible. Get a batch of stickers that says "See this skated on indianainline.com" or something that sounds better than that, and every time someone kills a new spot, take a video of it and put the sticker on the spot. Then anyone who saw it could go to the site and peep the clip. That would probly be hella proof for vandalism though. Fuck.
