i really like the way they look, minus the red laces. those will be swapped out with white.

i rode them once for a few minutes, and it felt weird. thinking back on it, i should really sand down the souls more, because there is a bit of a gap from the top of the soul plates to the frame bolt receptor. i think the soul plate is bowing when I stand in the skates, so i need to fix that before i go skate them for real. i'm afraid they may crack down the middle from stress.

egad, i spent 3 hours sanding the soulplates more last night. went to sleep at 2 am pale

the gap is gone, though. i'm tired.

I will be testing my skates tonight, so I'll be up at Major Taylor just before 5pm today.

If anyone wants to come out, please do.
